Return Policy

We offer returns on select items. Please review the policy below to determine if your order qualifies.

 1.Final Sale Items (Made-to-Order & Special Orders)

Most of our dresses are made-to-order or specially ordered from designers and produced specifically for each customer

These items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Final sale items include:

• Dresses not kept in in-store stock

• Dresses ordered directly from a designer or vendor

• Sale or clearance items • Any item marked as “Final Sale”

Note:

• Made-to-order dresses are produced per order and are not available for try-on.

 

 2. Returns for Eligible Items (Online Orders Only)

Returns are accepted only for in-stock dresses purchased online.

  Return Terms:

Return window: 3 days from delivery

Refund type: Store credit only

Store credit validity: 2 years

Fees:  25% restocking fee

  Original shipping costs are non-refundable

• International orders are non-refundable

 

 3.Return Requirements

To qualify for a return:

• Return request must be submitted within 3 days of delivery (including weekends and holidays), or before your wear date (whichever comes first)

• Item must be:

 Unworn

 Unaltered

 In original condition with tags attached

Shipping Requirements:

Returns must be shipped via FedEx or UPS only

Package must be:

o Fully insured

o Trackable

o Sent with signature required

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  After Approval:

Items must be shipped within 3 business days of receiving your Return Authorization Number (RA#)

 

 4.Important Notes

Returns without an RA# may incur up to a 50% fee

Items not in original condition may:

    . Be charged up to a 50% restocking fee, or

    . Be rejected

All sale items are final sale

• Late return requests (after 3 days) will not be accepted

 

 5.Return Processing

Returns are processed within 2–4 business days after delivery to us

• Approved returns will receive store credit via email

 

 6.Sizing Disclaimer

Our dresses follow U.S. designer sizing, which may vary by brand.

We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart on each product page before placing your order.

 

  Cancellation Policy

  Order Cancellations:

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement at no charge

 

  In-Stock Items:

Cancellations after processing are subject to a 25% restocking fee

  Made-to-Order Items:

Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled

 

   In-Store Purchases

 All purchases made in-store are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.

   Defective or Damaged Items (Online Orders)

 We carefully inspect all dresses before shipping to ensure they are in perfect condition.

 Customers are responsible for inspecting their order immediately upon delivery.

 

  Exchange Policy:

Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery

Exchanges are for the same item only:

    Same style

    Same size

    Same color

  Exclusions:

    Sale items 

    Clearance items

    Demo items

Shipping costs are non-refundable and are the customer’s responsibility
