RETURN POLICY
Returns policy for orders
We offer a 3-day return policy for eligible items ordered online. Items marked as final sale are not returnable. Any order could be subject to a final sale at the discretion of Echo Evenings, some examples might be multiple dress orders or customers with a high return rate. Sale dresses and specially ordered dresses that the vendor does not have in stock are final sales and are not returnable. All Store Purchases are Final Sales.
Return requirements for online orders
1. You must request a return within 3 days of the delivery of your order (this includes weekends/holidays) OR prior to your wear date stated on the order, whichever is sooner
2. You cannot request a return past the wear date given on the order (if requested) even if it is within the 3 days.
3. Dresses must be shipped back to us via FedEx or UPS only, post office returns will not be accepted. Shipping labels are not provided. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
4. The dress must be in the same condition as received with original tags attached or subject to a 50% restocking fee.
5. Items marked as final sale are not returnable.
6. The original dress must be shipped back within 3 business days (postmarked within 3 days) from the time you are given RA#. If your wear date is sooner than 3 days then it must be postmarked before then.
We offer 2 return options for eligible online orders
7. You can return your dress for online merchandise credit in the full amount (regular price returns)
8. You can return your dress for a refund minus a 10% restocking fee (regular price returns)
Order Cancellation
It is important to understand that our dresses are made to order, and once the tailoring process has began the materials already cut cannot be reused. Yet once you place your order, you still have time to do cancellation in case you change your mind. Please read carefully our cancellation policy:
Unpaid orders, meaning orders saved for later payment, will be cancelled automatically after 24 h.
Orders cancelled 12 to 24 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 60% of the product purchase price, in order to cover the material cost.
Once your order has been shipped, cannot be cancelled.
